Larissa Dalton Stephanoff

I am the Senior Corporate Communications Manager for Whole Foods Market’s philanthropic programs to Nourish People and the Planet in the greater New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and DMV metros. This includes scaling the Nourishing our Neighborhoods program that supplies refrigerated vehicles to community-based food rescue organizations and expanding the Grocery Rescue Program in which every store has local organizations pick up groceries and deliver to food-insecure communities. These and other programs build the capacity of local organizations that champion food security and environmental sustainability. Building on nearly 15 years of experience in higher education, non-profits, professional associations, and now grocery retail, I am a seasoned marketing and communications leader. I am known for an empathetic approach to programs and team members, fostering consensus among stakeholders, and a knack for identifying growth opportunities, strategizing effective solutions, and evaluating success. Noteworthy strengths include comprehensive brand management and compelling mission-driven storytelling. I currently live outside Washington, D.C. If you catch me outside of work, I’ll likely be playing dragons, singing Let It Go, or building towers with my preschooler.
