I was extremely lucky to work at an ISP through college, where I had free reign to “make things work” at the brand new edge of the internet’s popularity. Through the years, I’ve found it tough to hire people directly out of school who’ve had the opportunity to “hack it until it works” for real projects. I’ve always been a coach/teacher at heart, and I love the practical aspects of Teamup.
