Shruti Oruganti

About me

Shruti Oruganti is a second-year student at Texas A&M University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering through the Craig and Galen Brown Engineering Honors Program. She is currently conducting research at the AGGIES Lab, where she focuses on hardware vulnerabilities in semiconductor design and supply chains. Shruti has also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Comet, where she redesigned user interfaces and led development initiatives to improve platform performance and engagement. In addition to her academic pursuits, Shruti serves as Project Manager and Programming Lead for WIRED VEX-U Robotics, leading projects in autonomous robotics programming and STEM outreach. After completing her undergraduate degree, Shruti plans to pursue a master’s degree focused on software development for semiconductor applications. Her long-term goal is to advance the intersection of secure, high-performance software and hardware systems, driving innovation within the semiconductor industry.
