About me
Kushal Lahoti is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) at Texas A&M University. He completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Science in Pune, India, where he developed a solid foundation in core subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Operating Systems, and Computer Networking. During his undergraduate studies, Kushal interned as an Application Development Intern at Garrett Motion Technologies in 2021, before graduating in 2022.
Following his graduation, Kushal worked as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where he contributed to a greenfield project developing the bank’s first data product. In this role, he built Java and Spring Boot microservices to optimize distributed workflow execution. His work also involved enhancing microservices using Spring WebClient and working on Kubernetes and cloud deployments. Kushal played a key role in migrating the bank’s systems from Openshift v3 to v4 with 100% accuracy, while devising new UAT/PROD promotion protocols. For his contributions, he was awarded the Technical Excellence Award.
Currently, as a graduate student at Texas A&M, Kushal is focused on leveraging his academic and professional experience to tackle new challenges in the technology industry.
