Radhika Srinivasan

With a background in software engineering and a certified Scrum Master, my journey has taken me through roles in startups and multinational ecosystems. I have been adept at my communication skills, which has kept me at ease while interacting with customers, and I have enjoyed mentoring fresh graduates in both communication and technical skills. My rich and varied background has helped me tie technology to understand business needs. Even as a software engineer, my interest has always been to understand the bigger picture and where my module fits with other modules. This curiosity led me to interact closely with the product & project management teams and I gradually started enjoying these discussions more. After a career gap to raise my family, I am looking to enter into the product & project management space and want to gain experience in this area to relaunch my career.
