Hello there! I’m Dallas Coggins, a dedicated Computer Science student at Texas A&M University with a passion for cybersecurity and game development. With a solid foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical skills, I strive to make meaningful contributions to the tech industry. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Cybersecurity and Game Development and Design, I have maintained a GPA of 4.0/4.0. My academic journey at Texas A&M has equipped me with a robust understanding of software engineering principles, coupled with a keen interest in safeguarding digital assets against cyber threats.
In my role as a Software Developer at Texas A&M University, I’ve had the privilege to work on exciting projects within the LIVE Lab, where I’ve honed my skills in game development using Unreal Engine. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, I’ve embarked on numerous projects showcasing my technical prowess and creative flair. From developing a full-stack web application for a restaurant using JavaScript and React to crafting immersive experiences in Unity for game jams, I thrive on turning ideas into reality.
Beyond technical endeavors, I actively contribute to the tech community as the Treasurer of the Texas Aggie Game Developers, organizing workshops and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
